Operates one monitor as the primary monitor, and this monitor displays the logon dialog box when you start your computer. Additionally, most of the programs will be presented (windows) on the primary monitor when you open them. You can select the screen resolution and color quality settings are different for each display device. Can be connected to multiple display devices to individual video adapters or to a single video adapter supports multiple exits. To configure the order multiple monitors:
Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

For example, if you use two monitors and you want to move items from one device to another by dragging to the left and right, place the icons side by side. To move items between monitors by dragging up and down, place the icons one above the other. Do not have symbols for positions correspond with the actual placement of display devices. You can put one above the other symbols even if the projectors side by side.


Change the primary monitor
In the Settings tab in the dialog box "Display Properties", click the monitor icon that represents the monitor you want to designate as the primary monitor.
Click to select the check box to use this device as the primary monitor. Note that this check box is not available when you select the monitor icon currently assigned as the primary monitor.
Order multiple monitors
In the Settings tab in the dialog box "Display Properties", click the monitor icon that represents the monitor you want to use in addition to the primary monitor.
Click to select the check box, expand the desktop (Windows) onto this monitor. After you enable this feature, you can drag items across the screen on the alternative display devices. Or, you can resize a window to extend across more than one monitor.
